Union Bank offers an account with several advantages.  Interest is earned on any balance over $100.00.  Immediate availability of funds is offered and a statement is mailed quarterly.

You are able to make (3) free withdrawals each quarter and $1.00 will be charged for each additional withdrawal if your balance falls below $300.00.

You can start your IRA for only $100 and make deposits anytime during the year. Both fixed interest or variable interest rates are available and ALL interest earned is tax sheltered.  Withdrawals may begin when you reach the age of 59 1/2. (SUBSTANTIAL PENALTY FOR AN EARLY WITHDRAWAL)

To earn higher interest many of Union Bank's customers choose a Certificate of Deposit. Your certificate earns high interest based on the term you choose.  Your interest may be paid by check, deposited to the account of your choice, or compounded.  Interest can be paid monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually.  The minimum deposit for a certificate is $500.00 (SUBSTANTIAL PENALTY FOR EARLY WIDTHDRAWAL)
